In recent years there has been much progression in roller sports from aggressive in-line skating, popular back in the 90’s, to the revival of derby skating in the 2000s. And, so with a new year comes a new roller skating craze to hit the skateparks!
Chicks in Bowls (CIB) is a US organisation founded in 2012 by Samara Pepperell aka Lady Trample whose main goal is to encourage skaters to lace up their skates, hit the skateparks and try something new. With Samara's involvement in this new skating discipline and the wheel making knowledge from Reckless Wheels, they have teamed up to produce a new line of specialist wheels which will help you to shred, slide and grind to your heart's content. Poured in the heart of California with designs dreamed up by the CIB crew in New Zealand, these wheels have been tested from coast to coast across America, Australia and New Zealand.
The two companies have drawn on their shared experiences of park, ramp and street skating to design a unique wheel range that takes from the best of artistic, derby skating and skateboarding, combining their design with a special formula that minimises your chance of flat spots.
Street Wheels: Smaller for faster acceleration and perfect for all types of terrain and general skating. 55mm height/98A durometer (white with red detail)
Park Wheels: If you're looking for the smoothest ride and the perfect balance between grip and slip these are the ones for you! 58mm height/98A durometer (black/white has a width of 34mm/24mm running surface) OR blue/white which is 32mm wide with 22mm running surface)
Ramp Wheels: These have been discontinued.

We have a couple of shipping options available. Priority Tracked is usually 2-4 business days. Non-Priority Tracked can be between 3-7 business days. We offer FREE non-priority postage for orders over £100.00
Both options depend if we have stock ready to go, if we do, you might find you may receive it next day, regardless of the shipping selected! This time frame includes processing time, packaging up as well as the actual postage time. You can read more about our policies HERE
We offer exchanges and returns within 30 days. This is free if the item is faulty. We use Royal Mail Tracked Returns and you can do this through your customer account profile. Unfortunately this is only for our UK customers however we can arrange returns/exchanges for International too. You can read more about our returns and exchanges policies HERE
Purchasing from us internationally? Thanks friends! If you are not purchasing from within the UK then you will notice we do NOT charge you VAT when you purchase from us. This makes our prices seem very cheap as they will appear 20% cheaper for you! VAT/taxes, and any customs duty (usually approx. 3%) and processing fees by the courier will be paid for you when the item reaches your country. This includes for all EU customers. VAT/Taxes, customs duty and fees vary country to country - so we cannot give you an accurate guess of what this might be. We just like to let you know so it does not come as a surprise!
