SOUNDS COOL! WHAT IS IT?
After 10 years in the bizz of fitting the right boots for the right feet, we are undoubtedly the most experienced at finding the best skate set-up for skaters. We have customers who travel to us from all over Europe to be fitted by us in our London store. However, we know that not everyone has the resources to reach us, especially since the pandemic.
It's always best to physically try on boots, otherwise, it's just a guessing game! So we developed our Distance Fitting Service back in 2019. Basically, its a service where we send you skate boots to try on in the comfort of your own home.
Please note, this service is for BOOTS only, not full skate packages. Sending multiple skate packages is prohibitively expensive in shipping costs. If you are unsure of your size, please email us and we can talk you through sizes. You can then purchase the item, and if it doesn't fit, you are welcome to exchange or refund.
I’M INTRIGUED! HOW DOES IT WORK? 
We will send you info on how to measure your feet so we can gauge your size. We’ll chat with you via email about what you’d like to try on, and give some recommendations based on your feet, budget, and what you want to get out of your set-up. Then we send you up to 3 pairs of boots for you to try on. We will also provide information on which plates could best suit your skating, along with which size you'd need. Boots will need to be returned to us within 1 week.
DOES THIS COST ME ANYTHING? I’M READY TO SIGN UP!
The service itself 
doesn’t cost anything. You will pay for postage and return postage - we provide you with a return label. This is a total of £9.95.We now use Royal Mail Tracked Returns. You can go through our Self Serve Returns portal through your customer account profile to request the return. Easy peasy!
There is a deposit of £100 which can go towards the boots you buy, OR it can be returned to you in the form of a gift card for your future purchase if you don’t end up purchasing boots . We will need to take your debit card details for security, just in case you get any crazy ideas about running away with our boots!
