Not a lot of people realise but Riedell provide so many customisable options!
From custom colours using ColorLab, to Pro Options like different sizes, widths, boot lining, ankle lock systems and more and then the Big Kahuna: FULL CUSTOM WITH CUSTOM DESIGN GRAPHICS and unlimited Pro Options.
COLORLAB: Choose your personal combination of custom colours. Please note, not all models are represented on the ColorLab site (eg: if you want a 495 boot, design the 595 boot instead).

Additionally the logo color can be changed to black, white, red, blue, metallic gold, metallic silver, metallic red or metallic blue.
Foam midsole is now available in Red, Green and Yellow as well as standard Blue.
PRO OPTIONS: Also known as 'Semi Custom'. First Pro Option is a one off surcharge and then each new one from there is an extra £15. Please note that not all Pro Options are available for each model boot (you will need Full Custom if you want a Pro Option outside of the boot compatibility). Please see Chart below.
FULL CUSTOM: Includes custom graphics (just send us a file of your artwork). We'll work with you and Riedell to come up with a design that will be possible. This option allows your choice of ANY model Riedell boot PLUS unlimited Pro Options. Price displayed includes any boot model.

Step 1: Simply pick your Upgrade Package from the drop down menu. Please note that if you choose Full Custom, you DO NOT need to select any extra Pro Options.
Step 2: If you have chosen the ColorLab, Pro Option Semi-Custom, Redline or Vegan option, you can then choose the amount of extra Pro Options you would like. Categories are: Finger Loop, Stabilization, Appearance, Length, Width, Heel Height, Tongue Lining, Boot Lining and Outsole.
Step 3: Place your order and we'll then get in touch with you to fill out the paperwork so you can specify your exact Pro Options, ColorLab design or graphics design.
We have a couple of shipping options available. Priority Tracked is usually 2-4 business days. Non-Priority Tracked can be between 3-7 business days. We offer FREE non-priority postage for orders over £100.00
Both options depend if we have stock ready to go, if we do, you might find you may receive it next day, regardless of the shipping selected! This time frame includes processing time, packaging up as well as the actual postage time. You can read more about our policies HERE
We offer exchanges and returns within 30 days. This is free if the item is faulty. We use Royal Mail Tracked Returns and you can do this through your customer account profile. Unfortunately this is only for our UK customers however we can arrange returns/exchanges for International too. You can read more about our returns and exchanges policies HERE
Purchasing from us internationally? Thanks friends! If you are not purchasing from within the UK then you will notice we do NOT charge you VAT when you purchase from us. This makes our prices seem very cheap as they will appear 20% cheaper for you! VAT/taxes, and any customs duty (usually approx. 3%) and processing fees by the courier will be paid for you when the item reaches your country. This includes for all EU customers. VAT/Taxes, customs duty and fees vary country to country - so we cannot give you an accurate guess of what this might be. We just like to let you know so it does not come as a surprise!
