In our extensive fitting experience, most people go one size UP from their UK shoe size (presuming you wear your shoes fairly snug/average fit. If you were them like clown shoes, this might be different!). So if you are a UK 6 shoe size, then usually the Moxi 7 will be the right fit.
We are not responsible for any delays which may occur due to Riedell manufacturing or shipping due to various Covid-19 factors.
We often have the Lolly boots on their own which we can create a package for you. This can either be similar components to the standard Lolly package OR we have some alternative options we can talk you through. An inspirational quote from Estro-Jen (real name Michelle Steilen), creator of Moxi Roller Skates whose idea behind Moxi Skates was to "revitalise classics for women on a roll!". Ordinarily roller skates for women have usually been white or tan, and black for the guys, but have now been revamped into eye-catching designs and put "fashion on wheels by putting a colourful spin on a fun American pastime."
Estro was a marketing professional, turned roller derby addict who was inspired to use what they knew to see to it that roller skating never went away again. While roller derby captured one style of skating, Estro’s mission was to harness the acceptance of all women with a desire to be on wheels! And that is when Moxi Roller Skates (the brand) was created.

Info on the suede:
There may be slight transfer of colours onto socks or skin during the new use or break-in period is not all that uncommon and is called “crocking”.
Crocking occurs when the excess dye is physically rubbed off, two fabrics rubbed together causes such a problem. The more colour is transferred, the more the fabric "crocks". Crocking is usually more of a problem with dark and vivid colours. Crocking often occurs in heavily dyed fabric and napped and pile fabrics in deep colours are most likely to crock
We have a couple of shipping options available. Priority Tracked is usually 2-4 business days. Non-Priority Tracked can be between 3-7 business days. We offer FREE non-priority postage for orders over £100.00
Both options depend if we have stock ready to go, if we do, you might find you may receive it next day, regardless of the shipping selected! This time frame includes processing time, packaging up as well as the actual postage time. You can read more about our policies HERE
We offer exchanges and returns within 30 days. This is free if the item is faulty. We use Royal Mail Tracked Returns and you can do this through your customer account profile. Unfortunately this is only for our UK customers however we can arrange returns/exchanges for International too. You can read more about our returns and exchanges policies HERE
Purchasing from us internationally? Thanks friends! If you are not purchasing from within the UK then you will notice we do NOT charge you VAT when you purchase from us. This makes our prices seem very cheap as they will appear 20% cheaper for you! VAT/taxes, and any customs duty (usually approx. 3%) and processing fees by the courier will be paid for you when the item reaches your country. This includes for all EU customers. VAT/Taxes, customs duty and fees vary country to country - so we cannot give you an accurate guess of what this might be. We just like to let you know so it does not come as a surprise!
