Pre-Order T’s and C’s
While we endeavour to give you the most accurate ETA for your pre-order/custom order, it is an estimated time of arrival only and does not take into account any elements beyond our control that the manufacturer or distributor may encounter. These could range from ships stuck in the Suez Canal, war/conflicts that may interrupt trade routes, manufacturing machines breaking, pandemics, the price of components being subject to trade wars, sanctions, postal strikes - or any of the other weird and wonderful reasons why a custom made item may take longer than expected.
I understand you are giving me the most accurate time frame you can.
Please note that with Riedell pre-orders or custom skates that these may be in stock with Riedell and ready to ship OR are made to order. In both cases, these are sent to the UK in a massive bulk order to the UK distributor. This scheduled bulk order usually happens every 4-6 weeks and can also be subject to delays depending if there have been manufacturing delays on other items. Please have patience as this can also add onto the expected time if the shipment doesn't leave on time.
